Kim Canazzi was born in upstate New York into a creative family. Her fascination with art and fantasy began at an early age. She had no trouble believing that another world full of beauty and magic existed side by side with her reality.

This world disappeared as Kim grew and and struggled through adolescence. Later in reading the works of Carl Jung, Joseph Cambell and Marie Von Franz, she came to understand the transformative power in the archetypical nature of fairytales.

Kim attended Parsons School of Design and worked in the fashion industry in New York before moving to Los Angeles where she became interested in photography. She has been a professional event and celebrity photographer for twenty-five years. Her personal photography is rich and colorful reflecting the mythical spirit of the Otherworld.
